Three Show Units Are Built at the Hudson Place Residences Showflat
Three unit types are built out in full at the showflat, so you can walk the real room proportions and finishes rather than judging them from a brochure. A scale model of the two blocks is also on display, which is the clearest way to understand how the stacks, facilities and view directions sit relative to each other.

What Each Show Unit Tells You
Type B3 is the one to see if you are looking at any 2 Bedroom layout. It is a dumbbell plan, with the two bedrooms at opposite ends and the living and dining space between them, and both bathrooms en-suite. Its study is a stand-alone room that can be opened up into Bedroom 2 as a single larger space. B3 also shows you the 2 Bedroom kitchen specification, which is an induction hob and a convection oven rather than the gas hob fitted to the larger types.
Type C4 is the only 3 Bedroom layout with a stand-alone study room rather than a study alcove. It shows the wet and dry kitchen split, the separate WC and yard, and the household shelter that C2, C3 and C4 all carry but the 3 Bedroom Deluxe does not. This is also where you see the FOTILE gas hob and combi steam oven fitted to the 3 and 4 Bedroom types.
Type D2a shows the private lift and private lift lobby, the third bathroom, the walk-in wardrobe at the master bedroom, and the two fridges and built-in dishwasher that come only with this type and the penthouses. It is also the only way to judge the Flexi space in person. That space comes enclosed by a wall as standard, and buyers can write in to have the wall removed at no additional cost when exercising the Sale and Purchase Agreement, so seeing it built both ways in your head is easier standing in the room.
What Is Not Built at the Showflat
Type B2, the other 2 Bedroom Premium + Study layout, is represented by a reference unit at the neighbouring Bloomsbury Residences showflat, developed by the same partners. Our team can arrange for you to view it.
