Hudson Place Residences Condo Floor Plan
Every unit layout at Hudson Place Residences is available in the downloadable Floor Plan eBrochure (9MB PDF), which carries the full drawings with room dimensions at scale. The layouts below cover the 14 lettered types; the five penthouse plans have not been released by the developer yet.
If you would rather see a layout at full size before deciding, three unit types are built at our showflat, and the 360 virtual tours cover the same three. For help matching a layout to a specific stack, floor or view direction, our sales team can work through it with you.

The site plan shows both towers lifted clear of the ground floor, with Block 18 running 15 storeys on eight stacks (#01 to #08) and Block 20 running 23 storeys on ten stacks (#09 to #18). Level 1 carries the landscape deck, the facilities and the retail frontage rather than homes, and there is one basement carpark level below. Media Circle wraps two sides of the site, with Media Walk on the third and Portsdown Road below the fourth.

Typical Unit Floorplan Layout
2 Bedroom Premium Floorplan Layout, Types B1a to B1d
All four layouts share the same 60 sqm footprint and the same dumbbell arrangement, with the bedrooms at opposite ends of the unit and the living and dining space between them. Both bathrooms are en-suite and the kitchen is stand-alone. None of the four includes a household shelter, and the kitchen is fitted with an induction hob and a convection oven rather than the gas hob used in the larger types.
The differences are small but real. B1a, B1b and B1d vary mainly in the entrance foyer arrangement and where the distribution board and store sit. B1c has a smaller balcony, because a structural wall runs down one side of it, offset by a slightly larger bedroom and living and dining area than the other three. B1a and B1b each run a full stack in Block 20 and are mirrored in Block 18, which is why they account for 70 of the 105 units in this type.
- 2 Bedroom Premium Type B1a 646 sqft
- 2 Bedroom Premium Type B1b 646 sqft
- 2 Bedroom Premium Type B1c 646 sqft
- 2 Bedroom Premium Type B1d 646 sqft
2 Bedroom Premium + Study Floorplan Layout, Types B2 and B3
Both are 64 sqm and neither includes a household shelter. The study is where they differ. B3 has a stand-alone study beside Bedroom 2, and the wall between the two can be opened up to run them as a single larger space; B3 also allows a door to be added to close off the kitchen. B2’s study is a flexible space rather than a separate room, which suits a desk and shelving but does not convert the same way.
B2 runs Block 18 stack #01. B3 runs three stacks in Block 20 (#10, #13 and #14) and is the 2 Bedroom layout built at our showflat.
- 2 Bedroom Premium + Study Type B2 689 sqft
- 2 Bedroom Premium + Study Type B3 689 sqft
3 Bedroom Deluxe, Premium and Premium + Study Floorplan Layout, Types C1 to C4
C1, the 3 Bedroom Deluxe at 893 sqft, is the compact option and the one that differs most. It is the only 3 Bedroom layout without a household shelter, and it also does without the wet and dry kitchen split, the separate WC and the yard that the other three carry. Its study is a 2.3m alcove rather than a room.
C2 and C3 are both 3 Bedroom Premium and near-identical in plan, with a 2m study alcove each. C3 is 11 sqft larger, has a marginally bigger Bedroom 3 and a marginally smaller WC, and one of the two has a longer entrance walkway. C2 sits in Block 18, C3 in Block 20. C4 is the only 3 Bedroom layout with a stand-alone study room, and is the 3 Bedroom type built at our showflat.
- 3 Bedroom Deluxe Type C1 893 sqft
- 3 Bedroom Premium Type C2 1012 sqft
- 3 Bedroom Premium Type C3 1023 sqft
- 3 Bedroom Premium + Study Type C4 1055 sqft
4 Bedroom Premium Floorplan Layout, Types D1a and D1b
D1a and D1b are mirrored across the two ends of Block 18 and share the same 107 sqm footprint, but the room proportions genuinely differ. D1a has a larger kitchen thanks to extra cabinet space beside the fridge, a larger balcony, a master bedroom about 0.4 sqm bigger, and a smaller WC because of where its entrance sits. D1b trades those for a larger living and dining area, a larger fourth bedroom and a larger WC.
Both include a household shelter, a wet and dry kitchen, a separate WC and a yard. Neither includes a dishwasher, which is fitted only to the 4 Bedroom Suite + Flexi and the penthouses.
- 4 Bedroom Premium Type D1a 1152 sqft
- 4 Bedroom Premium Type D1b 1152 sqft
4 Bedroom Suite + Flexi Floorplan Layout, Types D2a and D2b
At 133 sqm, this is a step up rather than simply a larger 4 Bedroom. Both layouts come with a private lift and private lift lobby, a third bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe at the master bedroom, two fridges and a built-in dishwasher, none of which the 4 Bedroom Premium carries.
The Flexi space beside the living area comes enclosed by a wall as standard. Buyers can write in to the developer to have that wall removed at no additional cost when exercising the Sale and Purchase Agreement, opening the Flexi area into the living room, subject to the developer’s approval and the construction schedule at the time. D2a and D2b are mirrored, and their only meaningful difference is where the household shelter’s structural wall sits. D2a is the 4 Bedroom layout built at our showflat.
- 4 Bedroom Suite + Flexi Type D2a 1432 sqft
- 4 Bedroom Suite + Flexi Type D2b 1432 sqft
Penthouse Layouts, PH1 to PH5
The five penthouses are single-storey units with four bathrooms each. PH1, PH2 and PH3 are 5 bedroom layouts; PH4 and PH5 are 6 bedroom layouts and the only two with a private lift and lobby. Each penthouse spans two stacks on the topmost storey of its block rather than sitting above a single column of units, which is how a single-storey home reaches that many rooms.
Individual room-by-room floor plans for PH1 to PH5 have not been released in the developer’s marketing materials. Size, block and unit number, bedroom count and private lift provision are confirmed. Contact us directly for the latest position.
How to Read the Hudson Place Residences Floor Plans
Three things on these drawings are worth understanding before you compare two layouts on size alone.
What the stated area includes. The quoted floor area includes the balcony where applicable, and excludes the air-conditioner ledge, airwell, reinforced concrete ledge and services voids. Those excluded areas are marked “non-strata” on the plans. All areas are approximate and subject to government re-survey.
Balconies and screens. Balconies may not be enclosed, either partly or in full, except with the developer’s approved balcony screen. That screen is a bi-fold panel system which must allow natural ventilation at all times even when fully closed, and must be capable of being fully retracted. Installation and cost are borne by the purchaser. The approved design is illustrated in Annex A of the developer’s brochure.
Which walls can move. Every layout includes at least one hackable non-load-bearing wall, shown unshaded on the plans. Shaded walls, along with the household shelter walls where one is provided, are structural and cannot be altered.
For the stack-by-stack breakdown showing exactly which floors each layout occupies in each block, see the Hudson Place Residences Buyer’s Guide. Current pricing by unit type is on the Hudson Place Residences Price page.
