Hudson Place Residences Developer
Media Circle Alpha Development Pte. Ltd., a Joint Venture of Qingjian Realty, Forsea Holdings, CYZ Land and Jianan Capital
Hudson Place Residences is developed by Media Circle Alpha Development Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202513909D, Developer Licence No. C1545), the legal developer of record for the 327-unit condominium at 18-20 Media Circle in District 5. Block 18 carries the postal code Singapore 139818 and Block 20 carries Singapore 139819.
The company holds the project account with Bank of China Limited, Singapore Branch, under Project Account No. 650090030356931, and the site is subject to Mortgage No. IK/70655N in favour of the same bank. Buyers making payment by cheque pay into that project account rather than to the developer directly, which is the standard safeguard under Singapore’s Housing Developers rules.
Media Circle Alpha Development Pte. Ltd. secured Media Circle Parcel A at $1,037 psf ppr through the Government Land Sales programme in 2025. The site is held on a 99-year leasehold tenure with effect from 10 June 2025, carries a plot ratio of 3.7 across 7,629.7 sqm (82,126 sqft), and is being built out as a 23-storey block and a 15-storey block on Mukim Lot MK03 Lot 05805K. Temporary Occupation Permit is expected by 30 September 2029.
Full particulars are on the Hudson Place Residences Project Info page, and a deeper technical reference covering unit types, stacks and specifications is in the Hudson Place Residences Buyer’s Guide.
The Four-Party Joint Venture Behind Hudson Place Residences
Media Circle Alpha Development Pte. Ltd. is a joint venture of four parties: Qingjian Realty, Forsea Holdings, CYZ Land and Jianan Capital. All four appear on the developer’s own project materials.
Qingjian Realty and Forsea Holdings are the two active partners and the public face of the project, and both carry their own track record of completed Singapore developments. That is why they are the two named informally and in most coverage of the launch. CYZ Land and Jianan Capital complete the formal joint venture but are not profiled separately in developer marketing materials.
Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte Ltd
Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte Ltd is the regional headquarters of Qingjian Group’s real estate development operations in Southeast Asia, working across Singapore’s residential, commercial and industrial property sectors. The company has developed and launched 20 projects in Singapore and delivered more than 10,000 residential homes since 2008.
Qingjian Realty was among the pioneers of smart living here, having launched The Visionaire, recognised as Singapore’s first executive condominium fully fitted with smart home technology. That focus carries through directly to Hudson Place Residences, where every unit is fitted with a digital lockset and an air-conditioning system controllable from a mobile app. Its work has been recognised with the BCI Asia Top Ten Award, multiple Asia Property Awards and BCA Awards.
Recent developments include Jadescape, Forett at Bukit Timah, Altura EC, Tenet EC, Bloomsbury Residences, Coastal Cabana EC and The Arden, spanning the full range of Singapore’s private and public-private housing segments.

China Communications Construction Company, Qingjian Realty’s Parent Group
Qingjian Realty is wholly owned by China Communications Construction Company (CCCC), a transport and urban infrastructure group ranked 61st on the 2024 Fortune Global 500. CCCC is the world’s fourth-largest international contractor and has been the largest Asian international contractor for 19 consecutive years, with operations in 157 countries, more than 20,000 ongoing projects and over 900 active projects outside China.
Its core business spans infrastructure construction, infrastructure design, dredging and real estate. The group’s real estate arm, which includes Greentown and CCCG Real Estate, is counted among China’s top ten developers.
In Singapore, CCCC’s infrastructure work includes Package 3 of the Changi East development for the third runway at Changi Airport, the Johor Bahru to Singapore Rapid Transit System Link, the design and construction of Tampines North station and tunnels, the Integrated Transport Hub at Jurong East, and Boon Lay station and viaduct on the Jurong Region Line. That is the engineering base a buyer is relying on when the same group’s real estate arm builds a residential tower.
Forsea Holdings Pte Ltd
Forsea Holdings Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 construction and infrastructure group and is active in Singapore residential development with a focus on engineering quality and end-to-end delivery. The company brings a construction-first discipline to its projects, which matters on a site like this one, where workmanship across two towers depends on close coordination between design intent and buildable execution.
Forsea Holdings’ Singapore portfolio includes Hillock Green at Lentor Central, a 474-unit development built to the Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy standard in partnership with United Engineers and Soilbuild, along with Coastal Cabana EC and Bloomsbury Residences on the neighbouring Media Circle parcel.
The Consultants Appointed to Hudson Place Residences
The project team is P&T Consultants Pte Ltd as architect, Ecoplan Asia Pte Ltd as landscape consultant, Engineers Alliance Pte Ltd for civil and structural engineering, United Project Consultants Pte Ltd for mechanical and electrical engineering, and Index Design Pte Ltd as interior designer.
The design brief takes its cue from the name. The facade follows what the architects describe as an organised grid with expressed structure, drawn from New York apartment architecture, and the interiors are worked around a loft-inspired palette of dark timber, walnut textures and stone. The landscape design pulls in the same direction, with a rooftop terrace and courtyard garden treated as New York style outdoor rooms. Both towers are lifted clear of the ground floor, which opens the first storey for landscaping, improves airflow and gives more homes a genuine outlook.
A Shared Ground-Level Precinct with Bloomsbury Residences
The same developer group is behind Bloomsbury Residences on the adjoining Media Circle parcel. The two developments sit within one precinct and share a connected retail frontage at ground level, made up of Hudson Plaza and Bloomsbury Shoppes.
For residents that means a continuous run of shops and eating places along the street rather than a single isolated podium, reached on foot in about a minute from either development. The commercial space at Hudson Place Residences is held under a single strata title and run by the residential MCST, so rental income from those units goes back into MCST funds.
