Hudson Place Residences | Official Sales by Qingjian Realty and Forsea Holdings

New Launch 99-year leasehold Condo at Media Circle, 4-Minute Cycle to One-North MRT

Hudson Place Residences is a 327-unit new launch condominium at 18-20 Media Circle in District 5, held on a 99-year leasehold tenure with effect from 10 June 2025. Block 18 carries the postal code Singapore 139818 and Block 20 carries Singapore 139819. Media Circle Alpha Development, a joint venture of Qingjian Realty, Forsea Holdings, CYZ Land and Jianan Capital, secured Media Circle Parcel A at $1,037 psf ppr through the Government Land Sales programme in 2025. Units launched from S$2,200 psf at the April 2026 preview.

The development sits at the meeting point of one-north and Queenstown, two districts that rarely overlap this closely. Wessex Estate’s heritage black-and-white bungalows are a 3-minute cycle away, and the Rail Corridor is reached on foot in 7 minutes through the Wessex access point.

Two towers, a 23-storey and a 15-storey block, are set across 82,126 sqft of land and lifted about 17 metres above a landscaped first storey. Homes are arranged into eight unit types covering 19 individual layouts, from 646 sqft to 2,196 sqft. Typical floor-to-floor height is 3.15 metres, rising to 3.5 metres on the top storey of each block.

Facilities run to 48 items across eight named zones, including a 50m Main Pool, two clubhouse settings and a full-size tennis court. At ground level, Hudson Plaza holds around 400 sqm of retail. That space sits under a single strata title and is run by the residential MCST, so rental income from the shops goes into MCST funds and helps defray maintenance costs for owners.

Hudson Place Residences: 327 Units Across Two Towers at One-North

Hudson Place Condo Facilities: A 50m Main Pool and Two Clubhouses

Hudson Place Residences Project Information – The development comprises 2 towers, 23-storey and 15-storey, with a total of 327 residential units plus a ground-floor commercial component of around 400 sqm. Spanning approximately 82,126 sqft, Hudson Place Residences carries 48 numbered facilities across eight named zones: Hudson Arrival, The Pools, The Social Courts, Hudson Club, Hudson Green, Hudson Linear Park, Hudson Plaza, and Hudson Terrace on the upper first storey.

The Pools feature a 50m Main Pool, Spa Seats, an Aqua Gym, Bubble Jets, a separate Social Pool and Deck, an All-Day Dining area and a BBQ Pavilion. The Social Courts add a Swing Garden, Study Pods and a Reading Lounge, while the Hudson Club houses a gymnasium, changing and steam rooms, and two function spaces, The Atlas Club and The Metropolitan Club, both opening onto a shared Courtyard Garden. Both function rooms come fitted with an electric hob and integrated downdraft hood, an oven, a microwave, an integrated fridge and a warming drawer. Hudson Green covers outdoor fitness, an outdoor smart gym, and pet-friendly facilities including a paw wash, while Hudson Linear Park runs a toddler playground, adventure playground and nature boardwalk. Up on Hudson Terrace, residents get a full tennis court, table tennis, outdoor chess and dartboard, and a BBQ chef’s counter and dining pavilion with a rooftop lounge.

Lifting both towers clear of the ground floor is what makes room for this spread. It also improves airflow through the site and means lower-floor homes look down onto planted courtyards rather than car park roofs. The development additionally runs a set of service robots managed by the managing agent, covering parcel delivery, pool cleaning, common area cleaning and a tennis ball picker, alongside smart fitness mirrors and soundproof, air-conditioned office cabins for residents working from home.

Hudson Place Residences Floor Plans: 646 to 2,196 Sqft Across 19 Layouts

Hudson Place Residences Floor Plan spans 2 Bedroom Premium through Penthouse: eight named unit types covering 19 individual layouts. 2 Bedroom Premium units start at 646 sqft, 2 Bedroom Premium + Study at 689 sqft, and 3 Bedroom types run from 893 sqft (Deluxe) to 1,055 sqft (Premium + Study). 4 Bedroom Premium units are 1,152 sqft, while the 4 Bedroom Suite + Flexi type reaches 1,432 sqft with its own private lift and lift lobby, a feature it shares with two of the five single-storey Penthouses, which range from 1,744 to 2,196 sqft.

Two layout differences are worth checking before comparing unit types on price alone. A household shelter is provided in seven of the 19 layouts and not in the other twelve: no 2 Bedroom layout has one, and neither does the 3 Bedroom Deluxe. Kitchen appliances also vary. The 2 Bedroom types come with an induction hob and a convection oven, while the 3 Bedroom, 4 Bedroom and Penthouse types come with a FOTILE gas hob and a combi steam oven. A dishwasher is provided only in the 4 Bedroom Suite + Flexi layouts and the penthouses.

Hudson Place Residences Price launched from S$2,200 psf, with the launch weekend achieving an average of S$2,458 psf. Every unit comes with smart home provisions, including a digital lockset and air-con controlled through a mobile app, plus a ceiling fan in the living area and a dedicated cubby for a robot vacuum. Bathrooms run AXOR Hansgrohe fittings paired with European-manufactured LAUFEN sanitary ware, and SMEG appliances feature throughout. Monthly maintenance fees range from around $450 for the 2 and 3 Bedroom types up to $750 for the two private-lift Penthouses. 4 Minutes Cycle to One-North MRT

Hudson Place Residences Location Highlights – Hudson Place Condo sits inside one-north, a 230-hectare district built around research, media and enterprise. one-north MRT is roughly 4 minutes away by bicycle, and Buona Vista MRT, where the Circle Line meets the East West Line, is one stop further. HarbourFront is six stops along the Circle Line in the other direction, where it interchanges with the North East Line. The Ayer Rajah Expressway is a 2-minute drive, giving CBD and Orchard Road access in around 10 minutes.

The development runs its own complimentary resident shuttle to one-north MRT and Buona Vista MRT, free for the first year of occupation and subject to authority approval, reaching one-north MRT in about 3 minutes by road. Two neighbouring buildings run separate services of their own, with the Alice @ Mediapolis shuttle adding stops at Timbre+, The Star Vista, Ghim Moh Food Centre, Holland Drive Food Centre and Tanglin Halt on different days.

Surrounded by business and technology hubs such as Biopolis, Fusionopolis and Mediapolis, residents are within reach of more than 500 global companies and an estimated 50,000 knowledge workers, alongside Kampong AI, Singapore’s first dedicated artificial intelligence hub, within the same precinct. Mediacorp’s Mediapolis campus is a 3-minute walk, Razer’s Fusionopolis headquarters a 3-minute cycle, and P&G’s Biopolis campus about 4 minutes by bicycle. one-north is planned as a car-lite district, which is why most of these distances are measured in cycling minutes.

The development also enjoys a balance between modern city living and established neighbourhood charm. Nearby Queenstown brings a strong sense of community and familiarity, while heritage enclaves such as Wessex Estate introduce a creative and cultural dimension through preserved architecture and artist studios, just a 3-minute cycle away.

Everyday convenience is enhanced by a wide selection of shopping, dining, and lifestyle destinations within easy reach, including Under der Linden and Cafe Colbar within a couple of minutes’ walk, Timbre+ and Galaxis Retail by bicycle, and Holland Village, The Star Vista, Dempsey Hill, and Orchard Road a short drive away. Curated retail offerings within the development further support seamless daily living.

Families will also appreciate access to respected educational institutions, including Tanglin Trust School (International) just 5 minutes’ walk away, which makes this one of the closest private residential addresses to the school. Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) and Fairfield Methodist School (Primary) are each about 6 minutes by bicycle, with the National University of Singapore and INSEAD within easy reach, and New Town Primary School, Queensway Secondary School and Crescent Girls’ School in the immediate area. Complementing the urban environment is the nearby Rail Corridor, accessible via Wessex within a 7-minute walk, where the Queensway Node is under construction and due to open in 2027 as a sheltered civic space linking Queensway and one-north.

Media Circle Alpha Development Pte. Ltd. secured Media Circle Parcel A, the Hudson Place Residences site, at $1,037 psf ppr through the Government Land Sales programme in 2025. For context in the same precinct, the earlier Media Circle parcel immediately next door, which became Bloomsbury Residences and was developed by the same partners, was bid at $1,191 psf ppr in 2024, and the nearby Dover Drive GLS site went at $1,556 psf ppr in the second half of 2025. Government Land Sales bids are public record, which makes them one of the few objective points of comparison available.

Under URA’s Draft Master Plan 2025, greater one-north is planned to take around 11,000 new homes. Roughly 5,000 of those are private homes in the Mediapolis precinct immediately around Hudson Place Residences, and about 6,000 are public and private homes in the Dover-Medway neighbourhood next door, on land rezoned from Reserve and Education use to Residential. Part of Media Circle itself has been rezoned from business use to Mixed-Use, the same residential-with-commercial land use the development already sits on.
